If they win the Conference League and qualified for the Champions League, the Blues hierarchy would reportedly see that as a very successful campaign.
If Chelsea fell short of their main goal of qualifying for the Champions League, it would be seen internally as a 'disappointment' rather than a 'crisis demanding radical change'. The fans may not share that sentiment, however.
